We share the bills as it comes except the internet bill which is included in the rent.

This is a family, 2 story home. There is another living area upstairs, shared kitchen upstairs and shared laundry downstairs. Good access to the City with bus stops within walking distance. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Rent includes internet and electricity.
